Section 187
Need to stay in Rohwar and help to type

(1) According to this Code, a person who is required to stay in Rohwar in connection with any work action shall stay in Rohwar and the person who is required to sign the document prepared by the court shall assist the court by signing the document.
(2) If a person refuses to stay in Rohwar or to sign a document in accordance with sub-section (1), the staff responsible for doing such work or document shall mention such behavior and state the reason for not staying in Rohwar or not signing the relevant document and make the signatures of the other two persons present. The document should be typed and prepared.
(3) The document prepared in accordance with sub-section (2) shall be deemed to have been executed in accordance with the law.
(4) If a person who is required to sign a document in the court refuses to sign it, the judge shall mention the same behavior and certify the document in question.
(5) According to this section, the court may impose a fine of up to five thousand rupees on a person who does not cooperate in the work of the court by not staying in Rohwar or not making a proper print.
(6) In accordance with this Code, a person who does not agree to any of the matters mentioned in such document while signing a document may sign his/her own agreement separately.
